Powder Metallurgy (P/M) is the process of fabricating metal components by compacting metal powder and sintering compacts into desired shapes.
A wide range of sintered metal alloys conformed to international standard can be achieved by P/M process through the composition of different metal powder. The advantages of P/M process is that it gives a uniform level of quality over many thousands of parts as well as provides the ability to hold precision tolerances.

Our P/M products range from self-lubrication bearings to high precision complex structural parts which we manufacture and supply to many industries including automobile, home appliances, industrial machineries and equipment etc. Our P/M manufacturing process consists of mixing, compacting, sintering, sizing, oil-impregnation, heat treatment and machining processes including CNC machining, grinding, barreling etc. We also have our own tooling facilities in order to ensure responsiveness of tooling to production.

Quality control is another area that we highly emphasize on. As a result, we have invested in high standard manufacturing machineries and equipment, quality control facilities as well as tooling facilities in order to ensure our customers the quality and reliability of both manufacturing processes and final products.

All of P/M division processes and systems are complied with ISO9001: 2008 standard and ISO/TS 16949 standard and we insist on developing and maintaining high quality products to our customers.
